Personal Payment Methods – Party ID missing despite running required processes
Summary:
Hello everyone,
I am facing an issue when trying to create a bank account under Personal Payment Methods.
The system shows the following error message:
“Party ID is missing for the person. Run the Sync Person Records or the Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information flow to create a party ID for the person before creating a bank account.”
However, I have already executed the required processes mentioned in the message:
- Synchronize Person Records
- Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information
Despite successfully running these processes, the issue still persists and I am unable to create the bank account.
