Data Map running via REST API is doubling data in one currency for some months

We have a business rule that users can run that pushes data for Local and USD_Reporting for all open months in a year from one cube to another. This can be run on individual orgs or on groups of orgs so it references ILvl0Descendants of whatever org is passed in the RTPS. This has always worked with no issues, but we are now noticing that for one org in particularly it is doubling data randomly in one or two months (Nov and/or Dec) in different accounts. This rule is working fine for all other orgs (so far)
