PR, PO, Invoice, expense approval notification from worklist are not opening for specific user

Summary:

We are facing issues for only single user where Requisition, PO, Invoice, expense approval notification from worklist are not responding and not opening when clicking on the notification hyperlink in oracle fusion.
Below worklist screenshot and accessing requisition and purchase order notification blank page is opening.
