Planning Scenario/Period security

Is there a way to assign different security groups write access to different periods in a scenario?

Our financial year runs from Jul to Jun. Our year-end process extends over multiple months, which means we need a select group of users entering data in Jun Actual FY26, at the same time that Jul Actual FY27 is open and writeable by the All_Users security group.

Is it possible to assign:
Select_Users security group write access to Jun FY26, (with all other users having read access)
All_Users security group write access to Jul FY27
