Dear Team,
We have identified an issue with the "External Bank Account Approval" notifications. When employees attach their bank account details within the personal payment method section and submit the request, the attachments do not appear in the approval notification sent to the approver. Could you please investigate why these attachments are missing and help us resolve this issue?
We do not intend to customize the standard Personal Payment Method notification. We would like to continue using the seeded notification.
However, we have observed that the attachment is not appearing in the seeded notification for personal payment method approval.
