I have a question regarding the Payments Agent for Payment Options, Offers, and Execution introduced in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP 26C.

According to the readiness documentation, the Payment Options assistant identifies suppliers that are good candidates for financial programs such as Dynamic Discounting based on historical supplier spending analysis.

One of our customers asked whether this capability has any country-specific or bank-specific limitations.

Specifically, we would like to confirm the following:
