Gaps in Redwood UI for Custom Procurement Inquiry and Maintenance Roles

Hi Team,

We are currently in the process of testing our custom Procurement roles during our UAT phase. These roles work perfectly as expected in the Classic UI pages; however, we are experiencing several gaps, missing fields, and functional issues when switching over to the Redwood UI pages.

We would appreciate any guidance on whether these are known product bugs, limitations, or if there are specific new Redwood privileges/VB Studio steps required to resolve them.

Here are the specific issues broken down by the custom roles impacted:

1. Purchase Orders Inquiry Role

  • Issues Faced:
    • Receipt Number Hyperlink Missing: In the PO Lifecycle view, the Receipt Number displays as plain text instead of a hyperlink. Users are unable to click it to drill down and view receipt details. (Note: The role works fine in Classic).
