privilege denied for user to path

Summary:

Hi,

We have created a user with below roles ,but trying to create a BIP report and saves it, its gives me below error

HRAnalyst_ViewAll
Application Implementation Administrator
Integration Specialist
Human Capital Management Application Administrator
Application Implementation Consultant
BI Administrator Role

Error-

All parents folders has BI Administrator Role full access, still there an error.
