Timestamp in Flow Schedules Oracle Fusion

We have use case for Flow Manufacturing in Fusion, wherein the production line rate will be in 100-200 units/hr, currently creating a flow schedule only asks for Completion Date, it does not ask for Start Date, also there is no timestamp, if there is a job completing every 2-3 mins and if customer wants timestamp, how can we achieve this for Flow Manufacturing
