Unable to process LD's because PJC_LABOR_DISTRIBUTION_INT table a DISREGARD status

Why are Labor Distribution (LD) changes not being processed when the Import Payroll Cost process is assigning records in the PJC_LABOR_DISTRIBUTION_INT table a DISREGARD status?

We have a very high number of rows in this status and currently we are manually running Purge Interface Tables process so LD's could be processed by the team

Is there better automated way or configuration we could use to avoid this manual run?
