Potential Aggregation Issue with “Never” (^) Consolidation Operator in EPBCS

According to Oracle documentation, the “Never” operator should completely exclude a member from aggregation, both within its own dimension and across other dimensions. However, the customer’s testing shows that members assigned the “Never” operator still contribute to parent-level aggregated results in certain intersections, contrary to the expected behavior.

What should I do in this case?
