Summary:
We are exploring an AI-driven approach within Oracle Fusion HCM to verify employee profile completeness (for example: personal details, assignments, documents, emergency contacts, etc.) and take automated actions based on the results.
Our intended flow is:
- Periodically validate employee profile completeness against predefined rules.
- If gaps are identified, automatically notify employees and trigger appropriate Journeys / tasks for data correction.
- If the profile is still incomplete after defined reminders or SLA, route the case to HR for follow-up or intervention.
