The Calendar field on the Itinerary screen is not being honored
Summary:
I have attached a calendar to the itinerary, but it does not appear to be respected during the planning process.
Order Details:
EPD: 2026-06-29 19:14:00
LDD: 2026-07-10 14:22:00
Actual Transit Time: 11 hrs 23 min
Expected Behavior:
Since the EPD (19:14) falls outside the route's working hours, one of the following should occur:
Planning should not proceed if the EPD does not fall within the calendar's defined working hours for the route, OR
Planning should shift the shipment start to the next available route opening — in this case, 06:00 AM the following day.
instead of the above it just simple ignoring the calendar. Did Any one Faced similar Issue?
