Inventory Transactions Upload Using FBDI Fails With INV_INT_SRCSEGCODE

Hi everybody,

I’m struggling in creating miscellaneous inventory transactions via FDBI.

Transactions with:

  • Transaction Source Type Name = Account Alias
  • Transaction Type Name = Account Alias Issue
  • Transaction Source Name = Scarico per Prod. Soggetto Terzo

Get rejected with error “INV_INT_SRCSEGCODE - The values provided for the transaction source segments aren't valid”.

Checking the transaction with Manage Pending Transactions, Source reference field is actually empty

Updating the Source reference field with the same value passed in FDBI TRANSACTION_SOURCE_NAME field, the Create Inventory Transactions process reports “Negative inventory balances are not allowed in this organization.” as expected.

Cutting it short, populating the FDBI field TRANSACTION_SOURCE_NAME with “Scarico per Prod. Soggetto Terzo” hits error INV_INT_SRCSEGCODE; populating Source reference field in Manage Pending Transactions with the same vale (Scarico per Prod. Soggetto Terzo) fix the issue.
