How to test the External Rating Setup in OTM?

Hi team!

I was trying to implement external rating/rate shop setup for OTM (I believe it was added from 26A). Goal is to create a JSON payload from OTM, send it to external system, get rates back from external system. I've followed the documentation and guide, created exact same setup but not able to figure out how to trigger the outbound JSON transmission. I set up a dummy postman server to send rates back with proper response. I tried Rate Inquiry, SRO, Bulk Plan, etc but the rate from that newly created Rate Offering was not coming.

Could you please guide me on how to test the same? I want to get the outbound payload having all the ERE fields, etc
