Learning Recommendations made by an employee / Learning admins are not visible in ME >Learning

Summary:

Hello everyone,

We are not using Grow

So when an Employee or Learning admin recommends an assignment or a course, it should be visible to the employee in their self-serve right, but in my case it is not visible?

Have you faced this issue, and can you please provide your solution?

Ps. I ran Process Learning Recommendations, but it's still not coming up.
