Moving from Waterfall to Agile for Large OTM Projects

I wanted to ask regarding transition of OTM delivery model from a traditional waterfall approach to a more Agile model, and would really appreciate insights from others who have gone through a similar journey. Not sure if its correct to post on this forum, but feel free to let me know!

Our current setup is fairly complex:

  • Multiple ERP integrations (SAP, JDE, WMS, EI, Mulesoft, etc.)
  • Large-scale initiatives executed as ~6 - 12 month programs
  • Structured releases with waves, testing cycles, and go-lives
  • Strong dependencies across multiple teams (ERP, Integration, Infra, Business, Network)

We are exploring how to:

  • Introduce Agile ways of working for OTM configurations, integrations, and releases
