Not able to delete 'rolled up planned cost for resource in project currency'

in Project Management

rolled up planned cost for resource in project currency is still showing a value although we do not provided the planned quantity and effective rate in project planning in oracle fusion ppm. How to make this field blank, it is not getting deleted.
