AI-generated Case Summary is populating an error
in Help Desk
Summary:
We have enabled AI-generated summarization for HR Help Desk requests. When opening a case in Redwood UI and attempting to view the Case Summary (Generated by AI) section, the summary is not generated and instead displays the following error message: "An error occurred. Please reload the page. If the issue persists, kindly contact the administrators for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience."
