Best approach for Default Value for LE/BU/CA/Union

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM 3 comments

We are using business rules in VBS Pages (Hire, Pending Worker etc.) to default our Legal Entity, Business Unit, Collective Agreement and Union values..

Currently we are using IDs which is difficult to maintain when we deploy to our other Pods/ Environment since each environment has different ID values.

What is the best value to use to default this fields? considering that when we use actual Names of LE,BU,CA and Unions it is not working as expected.
