Unable to see past roles as part of the Career progression in Oracle HCM

Our customer has a requirement to be able to see the career progression which includes the past roles along with the current role as well as the future roles. As of now, we can see the current role of an employee and the future roles. We have been trying to find out something around this but haven't been able to, what could be the possibility for having the visibility to past roles, although we think it might not be doable, but our customer is pushing to get a confirmation from Oracle's product team.

An example of the requirement is - currently the employee is "Lead Consultant", future roles could be Manager > Senior Manager. The previous roles of an employee were Consultant and Senior Consultant but on the career progression under Know your role/careers of interest, we could only see current role followed by future roles (Lead Consultant > Manager > Senior manager), is there a way to see Consultant and Senior Consultant showing up as well.
