OGL Process Guide Does Not Continue After Opening BPM Worklist

I am creating an Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Process Guide to help users access the BPM Worklist when they cannot see an approval notification in the Oracle Fusion Notifications (Bell) icon.

The guide successfully navigates users to Navigator > Tools. However, when users click the Worklist link, the guide does not continue because the page navigates to the BPM Worklist.

Is this expected behavior in Oracle Guided Learning?

If so:

  • Is there a recommended way to continue a Process Guide after navigating to the BPM Worklist?
  • Can a Process Guide span across this page transition, or is it recommended to create two separate guides (one for navigation and another for the BPM Worklist page)?
