Issue with IPM Summary Formatting

Is anyone experiencing issues with the formatting in IPM summaries?

Not sure when this started but I've noticed the IPM insight summary is not showing the correct formatting, and instead is showing </b> <u> symbols, as shown below:

Is there a setting that has changed somewhere or is this a new bug?
