NC-3405005 error prevents creation of two half day for the same date

Summary

ANC-3405005 "Some dates in this absence overlap with another absence" error when attempting to create a half-day WFH on the same date as an existing half-day Holiday – system incorrectly detects an overlap.

We are facing an issue in Absence Management for an employee.

A Holiday is recorded on 12-Jun-2026 as half-day
The employee attempts to add Working From Home (half-day too) on the same date

The system returns the following error:
Some dates in this absence overlap with another absence. (ANC-3405005)

The absences are on non-overlapping time periods (Half-day each), so this should be allowed.
