Payroll cost loaded and distributed against timecard in PPM has become zero after redistribution

I have the following for this issue.

1) Timecards captured from OTL to PPM with non zero quantity and zero amount because it needs payroll costs to distribute the costs absed ont he defined labor schedules with timecard flag enabled.

2) Payroll Costs loaded through Labor Distribtution FBDI distributed against the timecards loaded in step 1.

3) Idetified employees with payroll costs rejected because of missing time cards.

4) Created dummy timecards directly in PPM through AdfDI with quantity 1 and distributed the payroll costs rejected in step 3,

5) After some days, original timecards received for the employees mentioned in step 3.

6) Business redistributed the payroll costs using the late received original timecards.
