Need ability to export comments which are entered in time card along with time entries

Description

Current timecard export functionality excludes both timecard-level and entry-level comments, resulting in incomplete datasets for downstream use (audit, billing validation, dispute resolution). This is contrary to actual business usage where comments are heavily relied upon.

Use Case

Users are asked to export time card submitted in oracle fusion to export into excel and share , on doing so time card level and time entry level comments are not exported. Comments are important in most of cases.
