Replenishment Plan Run error

Hello everyone,
We are in a new implementation cycle and the Replenishment plan is not running when we attach demand plan as the demand schedule. We have ensured that the forecasts are loaded in demand plan and the forecast measures are selected correctly at the replenishment plan. The plan is setup at day level like demand plan and it keeps failing. With external forecast data it is running fine, but when attaching demand plan it fails at Refreshing the data stage with the below error :

"oracle.apps.scm.advancedPlanning.snapshots.snapshotTransactional.ForecastMeasure.ReplForecastMeasureEntity.getMeasureDefinitionList(java.lang.Long, oracle.apps.scm.advancedPlanning.common.planMeasures.publicModel.metadata.IDimMeaMetaDataService, boolean)" is null
