MFA pop-up after OCI IAM upgrade

Hi All, I was wondering if anybody else experienced this.

My org had IAM upgrade last friday 26th June.

We have been notifided by couple of users that they have been prompted to set MFA even though MFA is currently disabled for the DEFAULT user group.

Anybody else noticed this?
