Regarding notifications/emails to planners
Summary:
Since the planner becomes the requester of the purchase requisition, a notification/email is sent when the purchase requisition is converted into a purchase order.
Our customer is concerned that thousands of purchase requisitions and purchase orders will be automatically released each day, which could result in a very large number of emails being sent to planners.
How do other customers typically handle this situation?
For example, do they use a dummy email address for planners, or set the BPM Worklist notification mode to In-app?
