Split Planned Orders considering the capacity of Primary and substitue component
Business Case: In beauty product industries, we have Finished Goods and Bulk items and produced in batches. However Bulk items are produced through Mixing process and then Filling and packing happens to produce FG. For Bulk item mixing process, we have different Mixing Tank (Different Volume) and lines. So eventually one bulk item can be produced in different mixing lines and Batch quantity will be different.
Additionally the Work order should obey the batch quantity considering mixing tank capacity.
So for above scenario we have modeled like this:
FG Item: FG1
Bulk Item: Bulk 1 (FOQ: 400kgs) and Bulk 2 (FOQ: 200 kgs). Both Bulk items are using same components but will have different batch size and will be mixed in different mixing lines.
