As per business, they have Project Time and Internal Activity /Non-Project time both to capture at one place in time entry screen.

Time Type - Mandatory : Has Project Expenditure Type and Internal Activity Codes both.

Project - Optional

Task - Optional

Scenario 1: When a user enters Time Type as Internal Activity Code (e.g. Training), they must not be able to enter Project and Task.

Scenario 2: Only time they must enter Project and Task, when they have Project time type chosen.
