I am using AI Agents within a Guided Journey on a Redwood page and have run into a limitation: neither AI Agents nor Guided Journeys support Eligibility Profiles for controlling visibility. While security role configuration is available, it does not work for our use case because all pending workers share the same role.
We need a way to display the AI Agent based on worker attributes, such as job-related criteria (for example, residents vs. non-residents or specific job titles).
While exploring options in VB Studio, I wanted to understand whether a custom rule or function can be built to evaluate worker attributes and dynamically control Guided Journey visibility at the page level, as shown in the screenshots below.
