OTBI Report on Performance Goal Tasks within a Goal Plan

We need an OTBI report for Employee Performance Goals and Goal Tasks. It must include the Goal Plan Name so we can tell which Goal Plan the goal was created in (we assign a new Goal Plan every year).

I can create an OTBI report listing Performance Goals by employee and their Goal Plan Name (using Workforce Goals - Goal Status Overview Real Time); however, this area does not include Task information. If I add the subject area Workforce Goals - Goal Tasks Real Time, the task fields are null even though there is Task Data.

Unfortunately, I cannot just use the Workforce Goals - Goal Tasks Real Time subject area, as it does not have the Goal Plan Name as a field.
