Manager Action Ignored?

I requested manager action more than a week ago, but have since received no support or even manager acknowledgement. What are the next steps?

I opened an SR because an attribute seems to be missing from the attributes list and from the Participant Profile document views, which prevents me from updating PP access in any way. I got 2 senseless answers ("modify document views to be able to see the attribute in the document views list"), for which I requested manager action in the SR.
However, it's been more than a week since, and I haven't got an update at all. How can an SR be further escalated?
