Resource usage supply planning collections is incorrect

We are noticing resource usage collections to be incorrect in Planning. We see the resource usage as "0.00009" in work-definition operation but in plan inputs after enabling resource precision to 9, we are seeing the value as "0.000000086".

Is there any ongoing issue with current release around resource usage collections?

Note: We are using REDWOOD as well as Classic and we are seeing resource usage as 0 in REDWOOD page. It does not seem to honor decimal precision profile option.
