Is it possible to allocate points based on an employee's grade? For example:

• Employees below Grade 5 receive X points.
• Employees above Grade 5 receive Y points.

Also is there a way to attach a certificate to the email so that it is automatically sent to the employee along with the notification after they are recognized or selected as winner?
