How to let the system calculate Deprication since " the in service date"

Hello
Need your support to let me know , how the Calculate depreciation under STL , starting from the " in service date " rather than the whole month
setup i have created as below:

• Depreciate when placed in service is checked

for example : asset here
Depreciation for Dec,25 is 179.71

the system didn't calculate starting from the service date , it started from the first of the month of Dec, 25

any steps i am missing ?
