Create By Value in the Workspace is showing the User ID

Hi Team

As we are triggering the OPA Approval Workflow by using the rest api from the VBCS By using OAuth2.0. As user submitted the request from VBCS

and email sent to the approver . Now user will click on view online and it will navigate to the workspace .. there user observed that the Create By Value as per attached screenshot as an ID .

Now user is asking us to display the UserName who submitted the request from the VBCS instead of the ID. As we are triggering it From oauth It is showing the Oauth user ID . Please gave me a suggestion whether this can be possible or not as we have to show the User Name of the submitted user
