Custom SQL for Person Security Profile to supports multiple scopes (of an AoR)

Hello All,

When we create a Person Security Profile based on Area of Responsibility (AOR), we're required to select a single Scope of Responsibility (e.g., Business Unit, Legal Employer, Department), and security is then controlled through that one scope only.

I understand this can be overcome by writing a custom SQL query under "Secure by Custom Criteria," where the security profile isn't limited to a single scope and can instead consider any scope the AOR person is assigned to.

Has anyone done this before, or can share the SQL query/pattern used to achieve this?
