How to improve the beauty of forms ?

Hello,

We are looking to improve the UI experience (and also UX) for users in terms of Forms visible in SmartView and in Web version. Users find that the in terms of UI, Oracle technology is not user friendly (not ****), and we would like to help to users to experience better usage of our Planning Application.

For example, how to reduce the POV of form because it takes a lot of place in the visualisation :

Or how to add different colours on webform…

Maybe there are some other tricks that could help to improve the beauty of forms… Could you help us if you know the answer for previous questions and if you know some other tricks in configuration that could help us ?
