Smart Action is not triggering AI agent

Summary:

We've created a Custom AI agent and tagged it to smart action on Service Request . While we're trying to invoke the Smart Action it is giving an Error :

Invalid Operation Method: undefined

Below is the Screenshot of Smart Action Config

While we tested this on different instance in similar way , it worked . But in separate environment it is failing to trigger with error.

AI agent is working fine in Agent Studio , And we're facing same Issue with another smart action which is calling a Standard AI Agent.
