We keep getting the errors when the person is trying to submit absence.

Error Message-

You need to enter an absence date that's on a scheduled workday. (ANC-3405004).

5th May is NOT a weekend date and employee's work schedule also does not have any exception or calendar event for 5th May-

Does anyone have any inputs on how to troubleshoot these kind of issues?

The errors keep occurring for some on weekdays and for some on weekend dates.
