Any way to increase the EL Expression Test box size limit for HR Admin access Security

Is there any way to increase the EL Expression size limit for HR Admin access? We recently created several HR Admin roles, and while adding them to the security profile expression, the system is not accepting the expression due to its length. Are there any recommended alternatives or system configurations to handle this? Currently we have 995 characters in total(including all letters, commas, brackets, quotes, and special characters).
