How to add a custom flex field to Job Profile page for clob text from HDL import.

Hello, very new to working with our Oracle Fusion app, but I have been asked if there is a way to do the following for our Job Profile Page:

1. Add a new field (Oracle SR has suggested i use a flex field) that can house a CLOB text string for a new text file sent via HDL for "Job Posting". Note: We are already using the Job Description, Responsibilities, and Qualifications fields and so we need a different text field like one of these placed on the page.
2. Customize the TalentProfileAdditionalInfo business object to will allow for new JobPosting.txt (Oracle SR has shared the following sample HDL lines which doesn't actually work in our present configuration).
