Restrict Line Manager Actions Based on Worker Type redwood Pages

Hi Experts,

We have the following business requirement regarding Line Manager access:

• The Terminate and Reverse Termination actions should be available only for Contingent Workers.
• These actions should not be available for Employees.
• We would also like to restrict other actions, such as:
  • Employee Information
  • Assignment Change
  • Location Change
• However, the following person types should still be visible to the Line Manager:
  • Employees
  • Contingent Workers
  • Pending Workers

Could you please advise on the best approach to achieve this in Oracle HCM? Specifically:

• Is this possible through HCM Experience Design Studio (Transaction Design Studio), Security, or another configuration?
• What is the recommended method to restrict actions based on worker type while still allowing visibility of all worker types?
