Asset approval based on cost threshold

Hi,

We have a requirement wherein the ask is to have Asset approvals based on Cost threshold in USD. For E.g. : We have books in INR, EURO, GBP and USD but users wants approval to follow only on the basis of USD amounts like if the cost in EURO Book is 100k and user wants this cost to be converted into USD and basis USD cost the approval should be triggered.
