epmautomate 26.06.49 processes failing because of EPMAT-7:Session is not authenticated

Summary:
EPM Automate 26.06.49 is causing our batch/Powershell scripts to failing when multiple, separate and unrelated jobs are running at the same time.
It seems that when a previous job completes and logs out, it affects the currently running processes by also logging out the non-completed processes. These are unrelated processes which ran fine under 25.10.
The error msg is: EPMAT-7:Session is not authenticated. Please execute the "login" command before executing any other command.
Is there a way around this to prevent unrelated epm automate processes in a prior batch file to 'log out' the currently running processes?
And if not, is there a way to rollup back to version 25.11?
