Creating an Absences Tile to Open Document Records for a Specific Document Type

We are trying to create a new tile in the Absences page using Structure that redirects users to the Document Records page and opens it directly in the Add Document page for a specific document type.

We were able to create the tile through Structure by setting the Link Type to Application Page and configuring it to navigate to the Document Records page.

However, we have not been able to make the page open directly for the creation of a specific document type.

How can we achieve this behavior?
