Getting 401 Unauthorized error when starting the Integration Agent after updating to 26.07

I followed the below two mandatory steps

  • Update the Token Issuance Policy to add your Cloud EPM business processes as resources for the integrated application  - Enabled the slider and selected all the applications as Resources.
  • Configure the secondary audience for Cloud EPM - Updated the token issuance policy to Allowed. Moved the slider for Add Secondary Audience. Copied the Cloud Application Base URL in the format https://<instancename>-<cloudaccountname>.epm.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com
  • Generated new token using createoauthtoken.bat and restarted the Integration Agent Service.
