After a Ledger Monitoring Prompt is created from a list of Oracle predefined sample Monitoring Prompts, we are unable to edit its original name as Monitoring Prompt name is greyed out.

The reason being is that we may need to rename some Monitoring Prompts to distinguish for different Ledger or different Legal Entity.

It seems we need to create/duplicate to another new Monitoring Prompt, updating to include some business naming convention prefix in Monitoring Prompt Name etc. prior to saving it.
